Additionally R &D activities are carried out to develop new formulas as per client(s)
requirements. With the help of in-house Laboratory Extruder cost-effective formulations
are developed for all kinds of thermoplastic compound.
With help of laboratory type extruder machine, the improvement of existing products
and new formulations can be carried out quickly and cost-effectively.
Testing and Measuring
All of our products are tested in accordance with the respective standards. With an experienced team the laboratory is equipped with highly technological devices. For the products produced at different speed and dimensions using Coperion double screw extruder, testing of the products are done using the following devices:
- Laboratory injection machine
- Color measuring device
- Zwick compression and drawing device
- Instron MFI device
- Instron Izod and Charpy test device
- Dry Oven Test Device
