Wire Drawing

High and low carbon wire rod spoils are used to draw wires with desired thickness.

Wire Cutting 

The wire is pulled directly from the coil at the wire cutting station, straightened, and cut to the desired length. Different wire diameters and sizes can be produced by deburring and chamfering the wire ends.

  • Low carbon steel, stainless steel
  • Dimensions: Ø2 mm – Ø8 mm
  • Length: 15 mm – 2000 mm

CNC Wire Bending Machines

Products with complex geometry are made with CNC controlled 2D and 3D bending machines. Bending machines are used in low and high volume production. The machine is provided with coils of wire drawn suitable for the wire’s diameter to be produced.

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Wire Bending Machines

High-capacity products are produced with hydraulic & pneumatic forming machines specifically designed for the product. While automatic machines produce high demand products, the production of products with low demand is carried out by hydraulic or eccentric presses. After the wires to be formed in the machine are cut in diameters and lengths per the product specifications, the forming process is performed.
