We offer EPS products as block and/or molded. The production is carried out using state-of-the-art machines as per our customer requirements. With a yearly production capacity of more than 14,000 tons, EPS products are produced across multiple facilities. Our capabilities in this regard are summarized below;

- Products of various sizes are produced by using molds specially manufactured for the respective product.

Molds
- Molds are designed as per the client’s requirements. Mold are manufactured in-house.
- Molds are coated with Teflon.

Machining & Molding Workshop
The Design and Molding Workshop produces welding fixtures, control gauges, molds and spare parts to improve existing production and commissioning of new projects. The machinery and equipment in the workshop are listed below.
